This will guarantee disease and early death

After 30 years in the health and nutrition field, I dare say I’ve heard it all.

I’ve heard countless versions of what people think is a “healthy diet,” I’ve been asked about every diet fad and weight loss supplement known to man and have heard every excuse in the book for someone’s lack of exercise.

That’s OK, because this is why I do what I do.  To help people get on the right path and start feeling a lot better! There’s no better motivator than results, and I love to see when my clients have success.

But one of the most frustrating things I’ve faced is to hear someone say it’s too late for them.

They firmly believe they are too far gone to improve their health and/or lose weight.

Many seemed to have been “knocked down” by nay-sayers and had doubts about whether they could truly make a difference in their health.

If this sounds like you, then please listen up, because I have a very important message for you today.

It’s NEVER too late!

It’s never, ever too late to improve your health, regardless of your age or how long you’ve been sick.

No matter where you’re starting from, your body WILL benefit in some way from a healthier lifestyle--that is a certainty.

Adopting healthier habits can lead to some very exciting and unexpected changes like these:

  • More regular BMs
  • Less heartburn, gas and bloating
  • More energy
  • Weight loss
  • Sleeping more soundly at night
  • Fewer aches and pains
  • Needing less medication
  • Lower blood pressure and cholesterol

Don’t listen to the nay-sayers

If anyone around you brings you down and tries to tell you that you can’t make a difference in your health, or you’re not good enough or strong enough or smart enough, kindly look them in the eye and say, “You couldn’t be more wrong.”

And then prove them wrong.

I remember someone once told me that my karate sparring skills were terrible.

Mind you, this person’s “fighting experience” consisted of watching Muhammed Ali boxing matches on TV.

Well, my “subpar” fighting skills earned me a black belt in karate back in 2007, and eventually a promotion to 4th degree master blackbelt 10 years later!

Sure glad I didn’t listen to my critic.

Refuse to make excuses

If you allow excuses to enter your mind, you’re done before you start.  There is no room for excuses when it comes to improving your health.

Here’s a great quote about excuses:

We make time for the things that we want to make time for, and excuses for everything else.

Make the time for you and your health.

Your 3-step plan to better health at any age!

If you’re ready to make a significant difference in your state of health, here is a very effective 3-step plan that will help turn things around for you.

1- Nourish your body and support sound digestion

The single most disease-preventing, health-enhancing and lifesaving measure you can take is having a nutritious diet of real foods.

If you eat a typical "modern diet" of processed food, fast food or refined carbs, you can count on being sick--it's a given.

Plus, if you have poor digestion, you are opening the door for inflammation-causing wastes to accumulate in your system and make you toxic.

Diseases love a nice, toxic body--they thrive in that environment.  This is especially true of cancer.

So it’s essential to eat the foods that give your body the nutrients it needs to fight disease and encourage proper elimination of wastes.

Concentrate on real foods like fresh vegetables, fruits, meats, poultry and fish, eggs, nuts, healthy fats and pure filtered water.

And make your meals easier for your body to break down too!  The key lies in what foods you eat together—certain meal combinations are a breeze for your system to tackle, and others are a nightmare!

My Great Taste No Pain system can guide you on exactly what to do.

Great Taste No Pain teaches you the few simple principles you'll need to know to make all of your meals tasty, super nutritious and much easier to digest.

When your body is armed with the nutrients it needs, it can better heal itself and fight disease

And when your digestion is efficient, you can eliminate toxins, viruses and harmful bacteria like you should, instead of having them be absorbed into circulation and making you sick.

2- Support your immune system

The habits many people have are murder on their immune systems.

Things like junk food, soda, smoking, not getting enough sleep, stress and taking medications all destroy your gut microbiome...

...and since this is where 80 percent of your immune system resides, you may be lacking the protection of the bulk of that immune system!

But a full-spectrum, multi-strain probiotic like Super Shield can help you maintain a health-supporting gut bacterial balance.

Super Shield contains 13 strains of the world's most potent, effective beneficial bacteria found in the human digestive tract. These good guys line the walls of your intestines like an army, ready to fight off dangerous invaders.

Plus Super Shield supports sound digestion and regular BMs...which can mean less gas, bloating, and constipation too!

3- Move your butt

I know.  Exercise is a dirty word to a lot of people.  But there’s no getting around it—you just can’t replace its health benefits in any other way!

Here are just some of the ways exercise transforms your health:

  • Weight management: Regular physical activity helps to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat.
  • Decreased heart disease risk: Physical activity strengthens heart muscles, lowers resting heart rate and blood pressure, and improves blood lipids.
  • Reduced cancer risk: Being overweight increases a person's risk of cancer, so physical activity can help reduce cancer risk by reducing weight.
  • Decreased back pain: Exercise can increase muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and posture.
  • Lower risk of type 2 diabetes: Regular physical activity can lead to decreases in blood glucose and insulin resistance.
  • Healthy bones: Physical activity encourages bone formation and slows the progression of bone loss.
  • Enhanced sleep quality: Regular exercise is a natural stress reducer, it improves mood and encourages more restful sleep.

Remember to get your doctor’s OK (especially if you haven’t moved in quite some time) and get moving.

You CAN make a difference--it's never too late

If you are sick, have a disease, are overweight, take multiple medications or all of the above, know this:

You CAN make a difference and help stop disease from taking its toll on you.

It's never too late to help your body develop better health from within.

Give your body the help it needs to give YOU a life free of pain, disease and an endless sea of medications.

To your health,

Sherry Brescia

  • My ex-husband and I had always managed to stay friendly after our divorce in February 2017. But I always wanted to get back together with him, All it took was a visit to this spell casters website last December, because my dream was to start a new year with my husband, and live happily with him.. This spell caster requested a specific love spell for me and my husband, and I accepted it. And this powerful spell caster began to work his magic. And 48 hours after this spell caster worked for me, my husband called me back for us to be together again, and he was remorseful for all his wrong deeds. My spell is working because guess what: My “husband” is back and we are making preparations on how to go to court and withdraw our divorce papers ASAP. This is nothing short of a miracle. Thank you Dr Emu for your powerful spells. Words are not enough.

  • Hello Phil,

Our focus will always be on boosting immunity and supporting good health in natural ways. Sherry will not be getting the vaccine, but it is up to everyone to research and decide for themselves. We are honored that you would like Sherry’s viewpoint. In that light, we recommend this excerpt from her blog on COVID-19 defense:

“When it comes to fighting viruses, prevention is always best!

Your first line of defense is a strong-functioning immune system. Your immune system is the #1 determining factor as to whether you contract a virus, and if you do, how quickly you will recover.

To encourage strong immune function, probiotics (Super Shield) are a MUST. Seventy percent of your immune system resides in the gut microbiome, so it’s crucial to replenish your friendly flora.

Vitamin D also supports the immune system. Studies have shown that low Vitamin D levels are associated with increases in colds and flu.“

Here are 10 smart virus-fighting measures you can take:

    1. Have a wholesome diet of nutritious foods and avoid sugars and refined carbohydrates.
    2. Wash your hands often! Be sure to wash when you come home from going out in public. Ordinary soap and water are all you need.
    3. Skip hand sanitizers. Hand sanitizers trap harmful bacteria in the skin of your hands.
    4. Reduce stress. Stress causes harmful changes to your gut and can impact your immune function, making it far more likely that you will get sick.
    5. If you feel sick, stay home and rest!
    6. A facemask only prevents you from spreading your germs to others—it does nothing to protect you from getting someone’s else’s germs.
    7. Get 7-9 hours of sleep each night.
    8. Cough or sneeze into your elbow or use a tissue to prevent the spread of germs.
    9. Consider taking a daily multi-vitamin formula (Super Core) to ensure all your nutritional needs are met, especially Vitamin C.
    10. Keep your distance from people who have cold or flu symptoms.

  • I love my super shield plus. I have your book also and have learned what food combinations work and don’t work. What foods have more acid that bother me. Thank you for your knowledge…Menopause is not kind but we can learn how to work with it.
