I’m Sherry Brescia, MSHN—a holistic nutrition coach, national speaker, and author dedicated to helping people achieve better gut health and lasting wellness through natural solutions. For over 30 years, I’ve studied the powerful link between digestion, nutrition, and overall health.

My passion for gut health began from personal experience, not curiosity. For 15 years, I battled chronic IBS symptoms—gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, and fatigue—that affected every part of my life. Despite endless prescriptions, my condition only worsened.

Everything changed when I turned to holistic healing. With the guidance of a natural health practitioner, I learned how to support my digestion through proper nutrition and lifestyle changes. Within weeks, my symptoms improved, my energy returned, and I finally felt in control of my body again.

That experience inspired me to create Holistic Blends, where I share gut health education, science-backed supplements, and natural wellness guidance to help others feel their best—from the inside out.

As Vice President of Holistic Blends, I oversee the day-to-day operations that keep our mission moving—managing everything from website maintenance and order processing to inventory, email design, and customer support. With a background in business administration, I’m deeply committed to ensuring that every part of our company runs smoothly so our customers can enjoy the best possible experience.

Holistic Blends has been a part of my life since its very beginning. As Sherry Brescia’s daughter, I’ve had the unique opportunity to grow alongside the company—learning the ins and outs of product research, development, and operations from the ground up. That hands-on experience has given me a deep appreciation for the heart and purpose behind everything we do.
