If you are doing ANY form of exercise (and I hope you are because NOTHING is better for your health and losing or maintaining your weight!) then you’ll want to get the biggest bang for your workout buck. Well, in addition to eating nutritious foods (more on that below), getting proper sleep and drinking enough water, another helpful idea is emerging to boost your efforts. Probiotics!
