A recent study found that just thinking about exercise was nearly as effective as actually doing it.
Apparently, researchers observed 2 groups of people for 4 weeks, telling one group to imagine they were exercising, while the other group could daydream as they wished.
After the 4 weeks the exercise dreamers were allegedly physically and mentally stronger.

What Americans 50 and over need to know
May is “Older Americans Month.”
Now, I don’t know specifically at what age one earns the title of “older” but I would guess it’s referring to people 50 and over.
I’ve been in the health field for over 30 years and I can say that it certainly seems like things start breaking down once people hit the big 5-0.
