    Thank you for your inquiry. The generally accepted dosage range is between 500-1000 mg per day. Our Optimal Turmeric offers 750 mg in two capsule to get anti-inflammatory benefits. You can take Optimal Turmeric any time of day and it is recommended with water.
     
    Some people who are prone to heartburn prefer to take it with food, but you can take it in whatever manner works for you.  Sherry takes hers in the evening after dinner.

  • Hi Sherry, I have just been reading your comments about Turmeric, and how good it is for us. I have read similar comments, but no-one has advised how to use it. How much/how often, do we mix it with anything else. I look forward to your reply.

    Thank you for reaching out to us! It is always recommended that thyroid medication be taken alone, away from any other medication or supplement. This is done to ensure maximum benefit. That being said, many people take turmeric and a thyroid medication daily; just not together. We always recommend that you speak to your doctor, but Optimal Turmeric could be a great addition to your supplement regimen!

  • I am convinced that we have natural remedies for all health problems, including serious ones like cancer. Instead, we are made to take medication, which can have serious side effects, simply because the pharmaceutical companies make a “mint” out of our health.
