Got gas? Here’s how to curb your cheese cutting fast!

I used to do karate with a guy who would let one rip every time we did sit-ups or lifted our legs to kick.  I swear his gas was deadlier than any of his punches or kicks—it was downright putrid!

Seriously, gas is a very common problem, and a major concern for a LOT of people.  Just look at the sea of gas remedies on drug store shelves.

But these "remedies" don't do a thing for the underlying cause of your gas…and in many cases can ultimately make it worse.

And get this—there’s even “fart-absorbing” charcoal-lined underwear available!  So I guess after you’re done blasting off you can cook up some burgers.

Listen, the best approach to tackling your gas problem is to pinpoint what's behind your butt trumpeting and do something about it!

Here is what you must know about your gas and how to curb those anal acoustics:

It’s normal…to a point

Gas is something we ALL have, and it’s actually normal to pass it about 14-18 times a day.

Most “normal” gas has little or no odor and is simply the leftover gas that your gut microbiome was not able to absorb during digestion.

But chronic, excessive, smelly gas is a sign of something else brewing down there.

If you can play the Star Spangled Banner with your flatulence, you blow past the 14-18 fart-a-day average before you’ve even had your morning coffee, or your gas even gags the dog, then here are some possible reasons why and how you can help sweeten the air:

Medication gas

Many medications can cause gas including:

  • Aspirin
  • Antacids
  • Diarrhea medications
  • Pain medications
  • Diabetes drugs
  • Antibiotics
  • Antidepressants
  • Osteoporosis drugs

If you suffer from medication gas, it’s time to talk to your doctor about alternatives or natural remedies.

For example, vitamin B12 has been shown to be extremely helpful with pain (especially back pain) and depression.  And since it’s a very common deficiency, an oral supplement spray like Hydroxaden 2.5 is the best way to ensure you’re getting enough of this crucial nutrient.

Or if you find yourself with repeated infections and are on one course of antibiotics after another, chances are excellent your gut microbiome is out of whack and your immune system is suffering as a result.  In that case, a full-spectrum probiotic formula like Super Shield is your ticket to restoring a healthy balance down there and supporting strong immune function (so you won’t need those antibiotics anymore!).

Also, if antacids are your regular companion, your heartburn may be the result of enzyme issues like low stomach acid, poor bile output or pancreatic insufficiency.  And if you’ve had your gallbladder removed or other gastric/digestive surgery, this is practically a given!

In these cases, a complete, plant-derived enzyme formula like Digestizol Max can help pinch-hit where your body may be lacking and help get the job done the way Nature intended—heartburn-free and without the need for antacids!

Food allergy/intolerance gas

Gas is a symptom of food allergies and intolerances, and gluten and dairy are common offenders.

A doctor can test to see if you are allergic to any foods, but intolerances can be a little tougher to diagnose.

If you suspect food intolerances may be an issue, you can try an elimination test to pinpoint what may be bothering you:

Pick a few foods that seem to be most closely associated with your gas and eliminate them from your diet for a week and see how you feel.

If you feel markedly better, well, there’s your answer.

After the week is up, reintroduce the foods into your diet one at a time, separated by three days between each food, and see if your gas returns.

Fiber gas

Your body doesn’t actually digest fiber—it’s broken down by the friendly flora in your gut microbiome, and during this process, gas is produced.   But the gas is typically short-lived, and you shouldn’t be without the awesome health benefits of fiber!

So when you eat fiber-rich foods like apples, pears, cabbage, oats, beans or broccoli, your gas will probably pass pretty quickly.

But on the other hand, if fiber makes you downright EXPLOSIVE, your gut may need a helpful boost with a probiotic formula like Super Shield

In addition to promoting strong immune function like I mentioned above, the 13 well-studied probiotic strains in Super Shield can repopulate your intestinal microbiome and support their efforts of smoothing digestion and breaking down fiber!

Poor digestion gas

Poor digestion is far and away the #1 cause of gas!

Our typical diets are loaded with processed foods, fast food and smorgasbord meals with every type of food under the sun.  Meals like these are extremely hard for your body to break down, and when your foods are not broken down like they should be...

...watch out, because everyone on the elevator will know it was YOU!

You can pave the way for better digestion by staying away from processed and fast foods and concentrating on wholesome real foods—meats, poultry, fish, vegetables, fruits, eggs and healthy fats like real butter, coconut oil and olive oil.

It’s also crucial to make your meals simpler and easier to digest—and my Great Taste No Pain system can help you with that!

Great Taste No Pain teaches you how to put together meals that are MUCH easier for your body to break down.  When you make your system’s job easier, you can accomplish efficient digestion like your body was designed to…

…instead of blasting off and clearing a room faster than if someone yelled, “Fire!”

I guarantee that if you follow my advice in Great Taste No Pain, you’ll be SHOCKED at how much less gas you have after eating!

Plus you’ll be helping to eliminate constipation and diarrhea too—2 other common causes of excessive, smelly gas!

Take measures to correct what’s causing your cheese cutting, and everyone (including the dog) will enjoy the sweeter smelling air around you!

To your health,

Sherry Brescia

  • Hello Peggy!

Have you considered a digestive enzyme supplement with meals to help break down your foods better?

  • I do NONE of the “medication gas causes”
but if I refrain from eating what I am not allowed
because of fibromylagia/diviticulous there is not alot
of choices. Already bought and heed to both Great Taste No Pain and the recipes. SOOOOOO…..
