In the enormous sea of multi-vitamin formulas, there are many that tout they are “especially for” men or women.
But is that just marketing hype?
Let’s take a look at…
What women need most
It is estimated that at least 30 percent of women are deficient in one or more nutrients, and that number jumps up as we age and especially if you use acid reducers.
Although all nutrients are important, for women these are the crucial ones:
Vitamins A, C and E: These are antioxidants that fight aging and damage from free radicals, as well as support the health of your heart, eyes, skin and brain.
Vitamin D: Vitamin D is vital for bone health (especially for women with osteoporosis concerns), cardiovascular health, and strong immune system, and to help prevent mood disorders and hormonal imbalances.
B vitamins: Especially important here are vitamin B12 and folate. These help support a woman’s metabolism, prevent fatigue, boost brain function, and help prevent birth defects during pregnancy.
Calcium: Although it’s best known for bone health and osteoporosis prevention, calcium is also needed for heart and muscle function, and healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
Iodine: Iodine is crucial for healthy thyroid function, and women are very susceptible to low-functioning thyroid (hypothyroidism).
Now for the flip side…
What men need most
Men also suffer from nutritional deficiencies, especially because many have a diet high in fast/convenience foods and take acid reducers.
Here are the top nutritional needs for men:
Vitamin D: Like women, men also need vitamin D for bone, immune and heart health. Plus vitamin D helps encourage healthy cholesterol levels and blood pressure.
Vitamin K: Vitamin K is crucial for proper blood clotting and to prevent heart disease, which is the #1 killer of men in the US.
Magnesium: Magnesium helps to prevent high blood pressure, muscle spasms and headaches, and works with calcium to regulate heart rate.
Vitamin B12: Men are highly susceptible to B12 deficiency because of reduced absorption in the GI tract due to medication use. B12 deficiency can lead to nervous system problems and fatigue.
Vitamins A, C and E: Like women, men need these antioxidant vitamins to prevent disease and aging from free radicals.
Super Core has EVERYONE covered!
The great news is, Super Core multi-vitamin and mineral formula supports the needs of both men AND women!
Super Core contains therapeutic levels of all the nutrients I mentioned above, plus a variety of other essential vitamins and minerals.
And Super Core’s effective blend goes WAY beyond most other multis and includes natural sources of antioxidants and anti-inflammatories!
- Antioxidants are your body’s “protective army” against the dangerous effects of free radicals.
Free radicals have been associated with premature aging, Alzheimer’s disease, heart disease, Parkinson’s disease, Type 2 diabetes, cataracts and arthritis, among other things.
Antioxidants help control free radicals and combat their dangerous effects…but they can only carry out this important job if there are enough of them!
Super Core contains nine different antioxidants to help counteract free radicals in your body!
- Anti-inflammatories are also becoming increasingly important for the average person.
Many of us are in states of chronic inflammation due to things like consumption of trans-fats, eating lots of refined carbohydrates, smoking, microbiome imbalances and stress.
Super Core’s unique formula contains the soothing natural anti-inflammatories turmeric, Boswellia extract and ginger—herbs that have been recognized for centuries for their inflammation-fighting properties.
Give your body what it needs!
Whether you’re a man or woman, nutrition is the #1 key to a healthy, disease-free existence.
Give your body what it needs—by having a healthy diet and covering all nutritional bases with Super Core—and pave the way for better health and feeling great well into your golden years!

Hello Lynne!
Thank you for reaching out. We applaud your desire to improve your health naturally!
Here is an article Sherry wrote about lowering cholesterol, that we’re sure you’ll find helpful:

As B12 is a water-soluble vitamin, any excess should be excreted in your urine. If you’re concerned about having too much, you could try and decrease your intake of B12 rich foods such as organ meats, grass-fed beef, wild caught fish, organic dairy products.
We hope this helps!
Hello Mr. Wright!
Not to worry! Your order shipped on June 11th and arrived on the 13th. It experienced two days in transit as planned. Super Shield must be exposed to sustained temperatures of 122 degrees or higher for at least 2 weeks to see 5% bacteria die-off.
n addition, Super Shield’s new manufacturing processes make it even stronger and better able to maintain potency during the high and low temperatures throughout the year and around the globe. It has very special superior probiotic strains that are more resistant to longer periods of higher temperatures than the lesser grade formulas available today. They do have a 24 month shelf life outside the refrigerator, but keeping them refrigerated will keep them at full potency to the expiration date; as opposed to very gradual decrease at room temperature.
We hope this helps! If you have any other concerns, please don’t hesitate to let us know!
Hello Mrs. Cooper! Many clients take Super Core on the same regimen as the medication / supplement you mention. That said, we always recommend that you let your doctor know what you are taking. We hope this helps!
