Would you sell your farts in a jar?

Would you sell your farts in a jar?

I heard a story on the radio last night about a reality TV star named Stephanie Matto who apparently made over $200,000 selling jars of her farts.

She allegedly ate lots of beans and eggs to help, er, “manufacture” her product, and even added in some banana protein to enhance the stench.

But alas, her ingenious enterprise was thwarted because she suffered very severe gas pains and thought she was having a heart attack.

How about you?

I don’t know where to begin.

While the mere thought of someone jarring their farts and, worse yet, someone else buying and smelling them is enough to make me want to vomit, I would venture to say that most people who suffer from gas on a regular basis would rather just get rid of it.

As in, not have it anymore.

If that includes you, then read on because I have some excellent suggestions on how you can tackle your gas problem!

And while you won’t be $200,000 richer, you’ll feel a whole lot more comfortable and much less bloated…and that can be priceless!

How to tackle sneaky causes of gas

Most people don’t realize this, but having gas is normal to a certain extent.

This “normal” gas has little or no odor and is simply the leftover gas that your gut microbiome was not able to absorb during digestion.

But chronic, horrible-smelling gas is a sign of something else brewing down south.

Chronic gas can have many causes including Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, celiac disease, food allergies and sensitivities, liver problems, leaky gut or diverticulitis.

But in the absence of an underlying disease, (or not consuming copious amounts of beans and eggs), gas has several possible sneaky, yet fixable causes.

Here are some possibilities to consider and ways you can get fast relief:

Indulging in bubbly drinks

Bubbles that go in must come out, usually in the form of flatulence.

So if you regularly drink beer, sparkling wine and/or soda, this may be the culprit behind your gas.

Beer is especially gas-inducing because of the yeast it contains, which can challenge your friendly gut flora and impact its ability to help carry out your digestion.

Poor digestion of starch and fiber

Poor digestion of starches and fiber is one of the most common causes of gas.

Your friendly intestinal flora helps to break down starches and fibers, but if your microbiome has low numbers of these good bacterial helpers or if they are outnumbered by harmful bacteria, you are lacking in their digestive help and may get serious gas as a result.

Full-spectrum probiotic formulas like Super Shield are a must to help create and maintain a healthy microbiome balance and ease gas.  Also, delicious fermented foods like yogurt, buttermilk, sauerkraut, pickles, kimchee and kefir help further support and nourish these intestinal good guys.

Using sucralose (Splenda®)

Studies have shown that the artificial sweetener sucralose (known by its brand name Splenda®) raises the pH level in your intestines (thereby throwing off proper digestion) and can destroy up to 50 percent of your beneficial gut flora—both of which can lead to gas (as well as weakened immune function).

It may be difficult to kick the artificial sweetener habit, but it can be done!  Concentrate on wholesome real foods because when your body is properly nourished, it doesn’t need to trigger sweet cravings to give you energy.

If you truly need to use a calorie-free sweetener, try stevia.

Not sitting on the throne often enough

If Mother Nature calls you only every few days, or your BMs are rabbit turds, or you nearly broke the toilet seat pulling on it as you were grunting and pushing, trust me, you’re constipated.

And the foods that are sitting up there fermenting and putrefying in your gut when you’re constipated can stir up LOTS of gas.

But Super Shield multi-strain probiotic formula can help here too!  One of Super Shield’s 13 probiotic strains--Bifidobacterium lactis--has been shown in studies to be VERY effective in easing constipation.

Also be sure to work in some more vegetables (other than corn and potatoes), eat a tossed salad with dinner every day (even a simple lettuce salad with dressing counts!), strive to drink eight glasses of filtered water a day, and engage in some form of regular exercise.

Lacking in digestive enzymes

Digestive enzymes are in your saliva, your stomach and the upper part of your small intestine (with contributions from the pancreas, gallbladder and liver) and each of them serves a very important role in completing digestion.

So if you’re running low in enzymes at any point along the GI tract, it can impact your digestion and lead to nasty gas.

Enzyme deficiencies can occur for a variety of reasons—having a diet high in processed foods, gallbladder surgery, using acid reducers or even Mother Nature because as we age, our ability to produce enzymes diminishes.

Many people have had great success in getting relief from gas just by giving their bodies some enzyme support with a digestive enzyme supplement like Digestizol Max

Digestizol Max’s complete formula of 15 plant-based enzymes helps break down every kind of food you can imagine, and its unique herbal blend helps ease GI distress.

Having a typical Western diet

The typical meals that most people eat (which usually include every food type under the sun) are extremely taxing on your system, especially your stomach which is responsible for the “preparatory” breakdown of your foods.

If your stomach can’t do its job efficiently, things won’t go along so well further down either.  The small intestine will be stressed trying to make up for what the stomach didn’t do, but it can only do so much.

What results is a poorly digested blob of food, fermenting carbohydrates, putrefying proteins, and anything-but-normal BMs…

Plus LOTS of gas!

But you can pave the way for better digestion by making your meals simpler for your stomach to tackle.

And that is what I will teach you to do in the Great Taste No Pain health system!

Great Taste No Pain is not a diet—it is an eating style that shows you what foods to pair together in your meals to pave the way for super-efficient digestion.  Certain combinations of foods break down better in your stomach than others, and Great Taste No Pain teaches you what combinations ae good and which ones are volatile!

When you make your stomach’s job easier, that puts you on a path to more complete digestion, less heartburn, more regular bowel movements, and less gas!

See what may be causing your gas and put a lid on it (pardon the pun) now!

To your health,

Sherry Brescia

  • My ex-husband and I had always managed to stay friendly after our divorce in February 2017. But I always wanted to get back together with him, All it took was a visit to this spell casters website last December, because my dream was to start a new year with my husband, and live happily with him.. This spell caster requested a specific love spell for me and my husband, and I accepted it. And this powerful spell caster began to work his magic. And 48 hours after this spell caster worked for me, my husband called me back for us to be together again, and he was remorseful for all his wrong deeds. My spell is working because guess what: My “husband” is back and we are making preparations on how to go to court and withdraw our divorce papers ASAP. This is nothing short of a miracle. Thank you Dr Emu for your powerful spells. Words are not enough.
