Holistic Blends Shipping Rates and Policies

Our shipping schedule is Monday through Thursday with the day's cutoff at 10:00 AM EST.

If you have a special ship date request, please include it on a note within the order and we will do our best to honor it, or reach out if we are unable.

All orders over $250 within the continental United States ship free via basic shipping available.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. During times of high volume (such as sales and/or holidays) this can be extended up to five business days.

When entering your shipping and billing information, please double-check for typos or errors. We’re unable to identify or correct incorrect details on your behalf.

Keep in mind that browser auto-fill isn’t always accurate, so review everything carefully before submitting your order. We also recommend checking your confirmation email or text to ensure all information is correct.

Effective Monday, November 4th 2024 we will no longer be including ice packs in probiotic orders. Please click here to read the full message on this policy change.

Please do not be concerned should the package arrive at higher temperatures – transit times are not nearly long enough for temperatures to impact the potency of the product. Refrigeration upon arrival and especially after opening the bottle is the best practice for long term (i.e.: through the expiration date) maintenance.

Domestic shipping rates (U.S.) are shown at checkout. Please choose the option that best fits your needs and preferences.

Keep in mind that processing time and transit time are different:

• Processing time is the period between when you place your order and when it’s packed and dropped off at the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

• Transit time is the period between when the package is dropped off and when it arrives at your address.

If you’re interested in a mail service not listed at checkout, feel free to contact us to see if it’s available.

International shipping rates (outside the U.S.) are calculated at checkout. Please note that we do not control any fees charged by your local customs office.

If you have questions or concerns about customs fees, duties, or import taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order. In many cases, the shipping carrier (such as DHL or UPS) will contact you directly to collect these fees.

Holistic Blends Return Instructions

All physical products are protected under a 60-day guarantee. Should you wish to return your book or un-used supplement you may do so for a product-price-only refund to your payment method used, shipping charges are not refundable. Please send returns to:
