We ship orders Monday through Thursday.

• Cutoff: Orders placed by 10:00 AM EST on Thursday will be processed. Orders placed thereafter will begin to ship the following Monday, aside from postal holidays that may push it out a day.

• Special Ship Date Requests: Include a note in your order—we’ll do our best to honor it. If not possible, we’ll contact you directly.

Domestic Shipping Note 💛

We want your order to arrive safely and in beautiful condition. Recently, we’ve noticed that some USPS shipments — particularly those containing Hydroxaden — have arrived with more wear to the outer packaging than we’d like, and a couple broken bottles.

For that reason, you may want to consider selecting a UPS shipping option at checkout, as we’ve found they’ve been a bit more consistent with handling.

That said, this is absolutely not a requirement. We understand UPS can sometimes be a little more expensive, and the choice is completely yours. We’re happy to ship via whichever carrier you prefer and will continue doing our best to package everything with care on our end.
