Your Christmas-New Year’s survival guide

The next week and a half will be filled with many magical moments, but Christmas and New Year’s is also the time when people are very vulnerable to getting stressed out and sick!

So to help keep you in tip-top shape through these holidays, here is…

Your Christmas-New Year’s survival guide

Get enough sleep!  Seven to nine hours is what most people need.

Support your immune system with Super Shield multi-strain probiotic formula.  This is the time of year when we have numerous commitments, are under stress and might not be eating the way we should—all of which can take their toll on your immune system.  Plus Super Shield can help encourage more regular bowel movements and ease constipation too!

Make time to exercise.  I know you’ve got a lot going on, but now is not the time to skip your workouts.  If you’re short on time, even an abbreviated workout is better than none at all.

Keep the booze moderate.  There’s nothing wrong with having some “holiday cheer” but don’t overindulge.  Work in some water or club soda with lemon or lime between cocktails.

Incorporate healthy options into your holiday menu.  Include options such as a crudité platter, fresh shrimp, or guacamole in your appetizer lineup.

Help your digestion along with Digestizol Max digestive enzyme formula.  Let’s face it—the holidays are known for a wide array of foods, and chances are excellent your body might need a little help in the digestion department.  Let Digestizol Max assist your body through your holiday indulgences and help keep you gas- and heartburn-free!

Take time to remember those less fortunate than you.  You don’t have to do a lot to show kindness.  There is a woman (who appears to have very little means) that stands near the guardrail next to the highway I take to my office, and I can’t tell you how her face lit up recently when I gave her a sandwich—you’d think I gave her silver and gold.

Be thankful.  Whatever your religious beliefs are or aren’t, remember to be thankful for your life, your health, your loved ones and the freedoms that you enjoy for which so many people gave their lives.

To your health,

Sherry Brescia
