What you haven't been told about IBS

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is far and away the most common digestive disorder in the US.  About 60 million people suffer from the condition, 40 million of which are women.

For those 60 million people, daily gas, bloating, horrible abdominal pain, and anything-but-normal BMs is their reality.

Sprinting to a toilet on a moment’s notice is their reality.

Missing time from work and being reluctant to socialize because of the symptoms is their reality.

Being embarrassed and having to unbutton their pants because of severe bloating is their reality.

I would know—because those 60 million IBS sufferers used to include me.

But not any longer.

I have been completely free of IBS for 26 years, and if I can do it, so can you.

Start here…

Fix the problem—don’t just mask the symptoms!

IBS is characterized by chronic and often debilitating abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, gas and “beach ball belly” bloating—all signs that your digestion is not being carried out like it should be!

So it only makes sense that if you support your body and help it accomplish digestion the way it’s supposed to, you can feel tremendous relief!

Here are three ways you can help support tip-top digestion and say goodbye to your IBS symptoms:

1- Make your stomach’s job easier

It's no wonder IBS is so common.

Considering the average "Western-type" diet loaded with processed foods, soda and horribly hard to digest, nutrient-poor meals, it's easy to see why so many people suffer digestive hell every day.

But that can be turned around very easily by simply eating for better digestion--like I can guide you to do in the Great Taste No Pain health system!

Great Taste No Pain teaches you why specific foods and food combinations cause digestive problems like gas, bloating, constipation and diarrhea—all the classic IBS symptoms! —plus heartburn and acid reflux too.

It's all based on simple chemistry and the way your body digests different foods.

There are also guides that show you how to put together meals that your system can break down much easier, and a collection of tasty recipes to try. You'll be shocked at how great you can feel after eating for a change (and how nice and flat and quiet your stomach can be).

2- Balance your intestinal flora

Nothing can ruin your digestion faster and easier than harmful bacteria overgrowth (also known as dysbiosis) in your intestinal tract.

You see, the beneficial bacteria in your gut help digest certain carbs and fiber.  So when these microscopic good guys are overcome by harmful bacteria, they can't do their job as well.

As a result, carbs can end up fermenting inside of you instead and...

Your belly blows up like a pan of Jiffy Pop Popcorn!

Having a healthy, easy to digest diet is essential for a health flora balance, but even if you do eat healthy, the bacteria population in your gut can be thrown off by medications, stress, lack of sleep or environmental toxins.

That's why probiotic supplementation is so important to help ensure that your gut microbiome is in a health-supporting balance.

And Super Shield multi-strain probiotic formula is up to this vital task!

Super Shield contains 13 of the most feisty, well-studied effective strains of bacteria available. Studies show that a wide variety of strains is important to helping the greatest number of people, since each strain has its own "specialty" in terms of how it helps your body and smoothes out your digestion.

3- Support your body’s enzymes

Not only does the typical modern diet royally mess up your digestion, but it also uses up lots of enzymes in the process.  Eventually your body's ability to produce adequate digestive enzymes may be diminished and that can mean deficiencies.

Enzymes are essential for your foods to be broken down like they need to be...

...because when they're not, look out. Make sure you have a clear path to the bathroom and plenty of TP.

Plus inadequate breakdown of foods leads to poor nutrient absorption, which can cause you to overeat (and pack on pounds) or develop deficiency diseases like osteoporosis.

If it's enzyme help you need, Digestizol Max is your ticket.

Over the last 50 years increasing numbers of people are suffering from enzyme deficiencies and all the health challenges they cause. This directly correlates with our increasing dependence on processed foods and fast foods.

And the thing is, once your body's ability to produce enzymes is diminished, that's it!  You can't magically crank out more.

In these cases, it can make a tremendous difference to give your body a little help with a digestive enzyme supplement.

One of the very first changes that many people report with Digestizol Max is immediately less gas and bloating!  And now you know why.

Also--Optimize your Vitamin D level!

Current research is showing that 75 percent of people with IBS are low in vitamin D, and about 70 percent report improvement when taking vitamin D supplements!

It’s no wonder when you consider vitamin D’s role in taming inflammatory responses, especially in the gut!

And for the very finest in vitamin D products, look no farther than Optimum DK Formula with FruiteX-B.

Optimum DK Formula contains a therapeutic dose of 5,000 IUs of vitamin D3, plus its partners vitamin K and the mineral boron, which work together synergistically to help counteract inflammatory actions, encourage strong immune and cardiovascular health and support strong bones too!

Come on over!

I speak with expert authority about IBS…because I suffered from it for over 15 years, and it has been the primary focus of my nutrition practice.

But I have been completely symptom- and medication-free for the last 26 years solely due to my diet, improved digestion and probiotic supplementation.

I will never forget the horrible suffering I endured with IBS, as well as the drug side effects to boot, and trust me, life is very SWEET indeed when you can finally close the door on it.

Come on over to your new IBS-free world and see how great you can feel.

To your health,

Sherry Brescia
