I’ll start your day with a not-so-rosy statistic.
Currently nearly 70% of US adults have at least one chronic disease, including heart disease, cancer, stroke, chronic respiratory disease (like COPD), Alzheimer’s, diabetes, kidney disease and liver disease.
And across the world, the US is number one among its peer nations in rates of many chronic diseases.
That’s certainly nothing to brag about, my friend.
Our food and healthcare systems play a significant role in those statistics. Most of the garbage being cranked out by food companies should not even be called “food” plus our doctors are largely ignorant when it comes to healthy diet and lifestyle habits, choosing instead to prescribe an array of drugs to create a chemically induced absence of symptoms.

Stage 1: Acute problems
At Stage 1, your body is challenged because it's not getting the nutrients it needs from your diet.

Stage 2: Sub-acute problems

Stage 3: Chronic problems
