      I have taken your advice for at least five years, if not longer, I promote this way of eating everywhere, when people ask how I stay so thin. I tell them to buy the book and read in order to understand how the body uses food and the fact that the gut is master of nearly all the systems. I hope they follow my suggestions. The only time I have a problem is if I fail to make the right choices…then I am reminded! The regimen is easy to follow and the rewards are endless.
