    • Greetings

I am a huge fan of Sherry and her program. Me and my family have been using the probiotics for four years now. Seven years ago I developed an immune response and it took almost three years by process of elimination of foods that caused uncomfortable pain. What I discovered during this time is that I could take many prescriptions to manage pain but soon realized that either my kidneys or my liver would eventually fail. I knew a lifestyle change was in order. My years of being able to eat and drink rediculous amounts of almost anything had caught up with me. I love to cook, owned a restaurant and could prepare great tasting food with quality ingredients. Sure I had the odd burger and fries but why was my immune system attacking my old hockey injuries with such vengeance. Initially the response was mild and by year two was severe locking up my right wrist on two occasions. I was tested for lupus and many other conditions but all negative. My uric acid was up but I don’t drink alcohol so what was I experiencing. I eventually narrowed it down to tomatoes and it’s sauces, next was green peppers but not red, yellow or orange. At least at first but within a year I discovered I was being affected by the night shade vegetable family. Old potatoes, tomatoes, all bell peppers, table pepper, cayenne, paprika. I dont eat Goji berries. I work in a mine and live in a camp. I know if I want to be pain free I need to know what the chefs are putting in the food. Today with help of probiotics by blue rock, great taste no pain and Sherry’s daily tutorials, I live pain free without any medications or ibuprofin.

Thanks Sherry and Merry Christmas Everyone

      Best Regards, Mike

      Thanks Sherry

    • I have had Crohn’s Disease for 32 years. I have been following Sherry for 8 years. What a difference it has made in my life. I was told not to eat certain foods by my doctor. Well, I ordered the “Great Taste No Pain” book and I can eat everything that I want. I just combine my food the proper way and it does make the digestion process easier and alleviates the pain. Since I have chosen eating healthier, I no longer have to take medicine for high blood pressure, or high cholesterol. Better to eat foods that combat, rather than taking prescription drugs that have so many side effects which cause so many other ailments. I am so thankful that I discovered Sherry 8 years ago.

    • Articles such as the top 10 foods for immune systems should be annotated that they are recommended for people who are healthy and not necessarily for people who have health problems. I for one, have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, irregular heart beat, chronic kidney disease, diverticulosis, glaucoma, etc. I am on a very restrictive diet and cannot eat many food items that are otherwise healthy. I am well aware of this problem and know what i can and cannot eat but many people are not. So, again, i say, these types of articles are great for people who are healthy to begin with and this should be spelled out in articles. I am not targeting your company but am generalizing because there are many companies out there that publish similar articles and none of them mention things that i have noted above as concerns.
PS asking a family doctor is often useless as they are not knowledgeable on nutrition from foods or supplements. And the supplement suppliers similarly have an out clause in their labels that recommend users check with their doctors before using the product(s) they are selling. Doctors can’t possibly keep on top of all the supplements available .
